Job description:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer with analytical thinking and communication skills to join the Central Bank's Corporate Services Directorate team.

Job responsibilities

Oversee and manage the quality assurance of corporate services, ensuring adherence to established standards.
Implement and refine internal quality assurance protocols to optimize processes and ensure continuous improvement.
Ensure corporate services comply with relevant legislation, external partner requirements, and internal policies, regulations, and procedures set forth by the organization.
Develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for contracts pertaining to corporate services, establishing clear standards and expectations.
Conduct assessments to gauge the satisfaction levels of corporate services, analyze findings, and devise strategies for addressing identified deficiencies in a systematic manner.

Required qualifications

Bachelors or Master's degree in finance, economics or a technical field
At least of 1 year of work experience in internal control or closely related fields
In-depth knowledge of internal control, risk management
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, ability to work with other technical-software tools
Excellent knowledge of Armenian, fluent in Russian and English

As well as:

Process optimization skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
Ability to analyze data, recognize trends and draw comprehensive conclusions
Ability to work in a team, orientation towards a common team goal
