About the Role:

As a Regional Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our European market activities. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities. You will be at the forefront of operational coordination, supporting various departments and initiatives to drive VBET’s success in the region.

Job responsibilities

  1. Operational Coordination:
    • Coordinate day-to-day activities across various departments, including partners, providers, product teams, content management, marketing, help desk, finance, compliance, and legal.
    • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between teams to optimize operational efficiency.
  2. Initiatives and Projects:
    • Support the Country Director in planning and executing initiatives and projects specific to the European regions.
    • Take a proactive approach in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategic solutions.
  3. Technical Task Management:
    • Handle technical tasks promptly and accurately, such as agreements, invoices, and other operational documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
  4. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare comprehensive reports, analyses, presentations, and other materials to support decision-making processes.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance operational performance and address emerging trends.
  5. Project and Operations Oversight:
    • Oversee projects and day-to-day operations in the region to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Identify and address operational issues promptly, demonstrating a solution-oriented mindset.
  6. Stakeholder Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners and external providers.
    • Act as a liaison between VBET and external stakeholders, fostering collaborative partnerships.
  7. Workload Prioritization:
    • Prioritize and manage workload effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
    • Keep track of due dates, actions, and required timelines to meet operational requirements.
  8. Ownership and Executional Excellence:
    • Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, demonstrating a high level of responsibility for details.
    • Strive for exceptional excellence and showcase a commitment to achieving VBET’s ambitious goals.
  9. Performance and Leadership:
    • Demonstrate strong performance with a focus on increasing levels of responsibility and independence.
    • Lead complex operational initiatives, showcasing leadership qualities and the ability to drive results.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Proven experience in coordinating operational activities and/or marketing efforts in a multinational environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the igaming industry and regulatory landscape is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Absolute fluency in English.
