We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and play a pivotal role in driving growth and success in the dynamic field of IT Training.

Job responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;
- Develop an effective sales strategy and suggest sales process improvements;
- Promote company's products and services in B2C and B2B sectors;
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our training solutions;
- Regularly update data in the CRM system;
- Create sales reports and analyses;
- Lead a customer through the sales process, determining needs, and closing the sale.
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT sphere;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Strong foundational knowledge in information technology, including hardware, software, and IT services;
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
