We are looking for a Senior SMM Specialist to join our SMM team.

Job responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Create comprehensive social media strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. This includes setting clear objectives, identifying target audiences, choosing the appropriate platforms, and deciding on content types and posting schedules.
- Lead and Mentor Junior Specialists: Oversee the work of junior social media marketing specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and training to help them develop their skills. Ensure the team works cohesively to meet and exceed objectives.
- Manage High-Level Client Accounts: Act as the primary point of contact for high-level clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their social media strategies are executed flawlessly. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Content Creation and Management: Lead the creation of engaging, high-quality content that reflects the brand’s voice and appeals to our target audiences. Oversee the scheduling and posting of content across various social media platforms.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the social media presence and performance. Prepare and present reports on campaign results, insights, and recommendations for future strategies to stakeholders and clients.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies. Recommend and implement new features or activities that can enhance our social media presence and engagement.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in social media marketing or digital marketing, with a track record of successful social media campaigns and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), best practices, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Experience in content creation and editing (text, images, video).
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
