Job responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates through effective communication and support.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of partnership agreements.
- Provide timely responses to affiliate inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for management, summarizing affiliate activity and campaign performance.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and adjust affiliate marketing strategies accordingly.
- Identify potential strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities within the iGaming space.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field..
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar role within the iGaming industry.
- In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing principles and best practices.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, affiliate tracking platforms).
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the iGaming sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
