Job description:
Tushpa Wine Cellar is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Market Development Manager to join our team. We need a real team player, who will have strong communication and negotiation skills, be enthusiastic about wine, and will help us to grow and have excellent relationships with our clients in Armenia.

Job responsibilities
- Analyze the local market’s potential and come up with development plans
- Identify and engage with potential clients (wine bars, restaurants, cafes, retail shops, etc.) and introduce our wines in line with our brand guidelines
- Regularly follow up with current clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with them and establish enduring partnerships
- Follow up on daily orders, check, and track via phone or other communication channels
- Participate in brand events, leading tastings, presentations, or engaging with potential clients
- Stay informed about industry changes and advice on necessary adjustments to sales strategies
Required qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in negotiation and networking
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
- Can-do attitude and ability to manage responsibilities independently
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to details
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, a very good knowledge of English and Russian
- Experience with technology tools such as Google Docs, Trello, and Slack
- Enthusiasm about wine is a must :)
