Job responsibilities

• Design and Quotation of Tours:

  • Assist in creating customized tour packages for clients.
  • Prepare detailed quotations and itineraries.

• Operations of Tours:

  • Coordinate tour transportation, accommodation, and activities.
  • Monitor and resolve any issues that may arise during tours.
  • Work closely with tour guides to ensure they are well-prepared and informed about the tours.
  • Coordinate schedules and itineraries with guides.
  • Gather feedback from guides and clients to improve future tours.

• Communication with Suppliers:

  • Maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, museums, and transportation companies.
  • Coordinate bookings and confirmations with suppliers.

• Communication with Clients:

  • Interact with clients via email, phone, and video calls to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information about tour packages and answer any queries.

Required qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of the geography of Armenia.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Open to acquiring new knowledge and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required candidate level: Junior

Salary: 80000 AMD - 120000 AMD Net a month
