Մենք փնտրում ենք Վարչական գործընթացների համակարգող տրանսպորտային թիմում, ով իրականացնելու է համապատասխան փաստաթղթաշրջանառության ապահովում և հաշվետվությունների ներկայացում։
Աշխատանքային պայմաններ՝
Աշխատանքային գրաֆիկ՝ հնգօրյա(09:00-18:00 կամ 10։00-19։00)
Աշխատանքի վայր՝ Հյուսիսային ավտոկայանի հարևանությամբ։

Job responsibilities

Կազմել և տրամադրել տրանսպորտի թիմի գործունեությանն առնչվող հաշվետվություններ,
-
Տրամադրել վառելիք՝ ըստ Ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրենի կողմից սահմանված ամսական սահմանաչափերի,
-
Ստեղծել ՀԾ ծրագրում պատվերներ, պահանջագրեր, ակտերի և այլ փաստաթղթեր,
-
Իրականացնել անհրաժեշտ նամակագրության կազմակերպության տարբեր բաժինների միջև:
Required qualifications
-
Բարձրագույն կամ միջին մասնագիտական կրթություն,
-
Փաստաթղթերի հետ աշխատելու և հաշվետվություններ ներկայացնելու փորձ,
-
Ուշադրություն մանրուքների հանդեպ,
-
Ժամանակի ճիշտ կառավարում,
-
Մեծ թիմում աշխատելու և հաղորդակցվելու գերազանց հմտություններ։
