Senior Financial Business Partner

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.  

• Lead the preparation and development of annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets.
• Monitor and track budget performance to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Ensure departmental spending adheres to budget constraints and financial policies.
• Provide financial forecasting and update budget projections based on operations.
• Advise leadership on financial needs and risks.
• Conduct variance analysis and explain discrepancies between actual performance and the budget.
• Prepare and present budget reports, highlighting key financial trends.
• Implement and maintain automated budgeting tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend financial strategies.
• Collaborate with departments to gather data and enhance financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with budgeting regulations and assist with audits.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).
• Master's degree or professional certification (such as CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in budgeting, finance or related roles.
• Experience in senior or leadership positions within budgeting or finance.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools (Excel, financial modeling software).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills for presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and highly organized
