Job description:

Canadian based transportation company is seeking for Logistics Coordinator in Yerevan / Evening Shift, working with Canadian and US Customers and Carriers by phone and email. 

Working hours Monday to Friday from (working time 16:00 - 01:00 night Yerevan Time) Salary 300,000 +

  • Work with Loadlink, Generate new leads and find loads using LoadLink

  • Negotiate with Logistics Companies and Shippers to obtain best rates for loads and service Customer needs

  • Book, schedule coordinate, track and trace and enter loads

  • Dispatch and assisting drivers & carriers on routes, ensuring accurate recording of arrival and departure times

  • Track shipments from P/U to Delivery and provide up to date information to Customers

  • Maintain and grow relationships with carriers to move freight as per client’s needs

  • Register as carrier and grow relationships with other trucking companies

  • Maintain regular communication with shippers and receivers.

  • Other duties and assignments as required

  • Dispatch pickups and deliveries to the drivers

  • Prevent empty mileage

  • Ensure on time service for all pickups and deliveries

  • Assign trips and movements in the system

  • Report available trucks

  • Minimize driver delays and reports

  • Take messages and calls from drivers

  • Excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills with strong command of English (both verbal and written),

  • Must have experience in dispatching

  • Excellent computer skills using softwares such as Loadlink, dispatch softwares, Ace, E Manifest

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Stable, steady work

Required qualifications


-Previous logistics/transportation sales experience highly preferred 

-Exceptional English verbal communication skills effectively 

-Verbal Communication – Speaks English clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations 

-Must have previous inside sales experience 

-Must have cold-calling⁄business development experience 

-Outbound call experience 

-Customer service skills 

-High degree of telephone etiquette, confidence and professionalism in interacting with customers and carrier partner
