Job Description:

The Sports Product Line Manager is responsible for the development of Sports, Esports, and Virtual sports products, increasing the shares of key product indicators in the overall indicators, contributing to the promotion of product sales both through the use of cross-selling tools and measures, and in terms of product saturation.

 

 

Job responsibilities
  • Participate in all phases of product development, from strategy planning to launch projects and final tactical execution
  • Participate in the development of product-specific tools 
  • Sportsbook development trend research, news tracking
  • Monitoring of products and logistics of well-known foreign operators
  • Following up on providers developments and new solutions and proposals, /product road map/
  • Stay informed about the latest product offerings in the market and proactively seek new suppliers of defined products
  • Adopt providers' best practices, and their successful operators 
  • Monitoring the products and conditions of primary and secondary competitors
  • Competitors' products analysis and comparison
  • Tracking customer feedback
  • Reviewing the reports prepared by the market research department and taking into account the conclusions, initiating the implementation of new surveys
  • Constant monitoring and comparison of games conditions
  • SWOT analysis, creating an action plan based on it
  • Collaboration with all departments involved in the product development and representation processes 
  • Analysis of financial and digital indicators of products
  • Correct classification and arrangement of games
  • Discussion and opening of technical tasks to improve products and website functionalities and to make new proposals /UX/
  • In terms of new games, features, and solutions added to the products, review all new items, rules and forward them to the legal team with relevant comments and necessary clarifications and organize the approval process of the latter in the regulatory body and the addition to the regalement
Required qualifications
  • Experience as a Product Manager or similar role is very preferable
  • BSc/BA in Management, Economics, or related field
  • Experience in product lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of English is a must
  • Background in software development and program management is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative thinking skills
  • Knowledge of sporting events and highlights
  • Knowledge about popular sports types
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Organizational and leadership abilities
