Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Administrative Project Manager ?

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Обязанности

Systematize and coordinate the general works related to the departments under the direct control of the Administrative Director, as well as the works related to other departments of the organization.
Monitor the progress of tasks, works, assignments given to the departments by the Administrative Director.
Monitor the timely and proper execution of individual assignments addressed to department heads by the Administrative Director.
For the departments under the direct supervision of the Administrative Director, monitor and control the development of new processes and the implementation of their automation.
Assist employees in case of questions regarding current works of the day, quick resolution of issues.
Conduct meetings with responsible employees to discuss issues connected with the general works related to the Administrative Director, assess the situation, distribution of works to be done for each employee, monitor their progress and level of execution.
Notify the Administrative Director about the results of the discussions held.
Follow the implementation of all the tasks given by the Administrative Director, to the staff of the organization.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant managers.
Performance of other assignments by the Administrative Director.

Требования

Bachelor's degree in administration, management or a related field.
Fluency in English.
At least 1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Executive Assistant.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
