We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is crucial in driving our business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and effectively promoting our products/services to meet and exceed sales targets.

Обязанности

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and research.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target and acquire new clients.
    • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
    • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
    • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.
    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, landscape designing, etc.) to address customer needs and enhance the customer experience.
    • Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process.

Требования

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Experience in the similar sector is highly desirable.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
