Doxx Computer is seeking a dedicated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and attract new small and medium-sized customers for IT Support services, Software as a Service (SaaS), and Network as a Service (NaaS).

The ideal candidate will have a marketing background and several years of experience working with telecom operators, IT service providers, or in selling computers and peripherals.

The primary objectives for this role are:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team and manage marketing activities to engage new prospects.
  • Actively hunt for new small and medium-sized customers and initiate contact.
  • Convert these leads into paying customers.
  • Enhance the current offerings to make them more appealing to small and medium-sized customers.
  • Bring experience in participating and actively engaging during events and/or conferences.

Обязанности

  • Identify the right targets and create lead lists for target accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create campaigns and find new prospects.
  • Hunt for new small and medium-sized prospects and initiate contact with them.
  • Build and secure relationships with targeted small and medium-sized prospects.
  • Negotiate with prospects to assist with and secure a service agreement.
  • Ensure that the technical team properly onboards new clients and gathers feedback from customers.
  • Review and discuss the current service offerings and work on improving them.
  • Register and follow up on leads and deals in the internal CRM system.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned customer accounts.

Требования

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing or Business.
  • At least 3 years of experience in selling services or IT equipment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Sales experience, preferably with some marketing background.
  • Leadership skills and experience.
  • Knowledge of SPIN selling is an advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of English, Russian, and Armenian languages.
