Working Hours: 8 PM to 5 PM (One-hour break included)

- Provide outstanding customer service through phone and text communications.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
- A quiet and professional home working environment.
- Experience using computers and phones for work-related tasks.
