The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our diverse user base. The ideal candidate will have native or near-native proficiency in Arabic language and English.

Обязанности
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in both English and an Arabic language;
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools;
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution;
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies;
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Требования
- Native or near-native proficiency in English and Arabic language;
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
