Обязанности
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial data and performance metrics to assess the organization's and its business lines’ financial state and improvement areas.
- Analyze revenue trends, expense patterns, and profitability drivers.
- Support on the monthly reporting and annual budget process, ensure calculation and review of monthly accruals.
- Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted or forecasted figures and investigate variances.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate information sharing and alignment on financial goals.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects assigned by line manager.
Требования
- Bachelor's degree in in Accounting, Finance or related field (Master's degree or ACCA is a plus).
- Proven 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, investment evaluation or similar field.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel. Power BI and SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to details and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights.
- High level of proficiency in English and Armenian both verbal and written.
- Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
