Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Junior Event Coordinator?

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Обязанности

Plan events event concepts and themes
Support in creating detailed event proposals, timelines, and schedules.
Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
Help prepare event materials such as brochures, invitations, and name tags.
Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable conditions.
Maintain positive relationships with clients and respond to their inquiries promptly.
Assist in contract negotiations and ensure adherence to agreements.
Conduct researches about vendors (catering, decorators, musicians, etc.) to choose the effective combination in terms of quality and cost.
Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decoration, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, and equipment within time constraints.
Conduct event evaluations and report to the concerned party on outcomes.
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.
Track event expenses and assist in preparing financial reports and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Требования

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Knowledge of English language is required.
Previous Experience in the field will be considered as an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented and proactive.
Strong team player with a positive attitude.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
