Integerz Web Studio is a web design and development agency dedicated to creating cutting-edge websites for businesses across various industries. We are passionate about delivering top-notch digital solutions that drive success for our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Project Manager to join our team.

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Project Manager to identify potential clients with weak or outdated websites in Canada and the USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to these businesses through emails and calls, securing web development projects, and managing the project lifecycle from initiation to completion. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Обязанности

  • Identify and target businesses with underperforming websites in Canada and the USA.
  • Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan, including cold emails and calls, to generate leads and secure web development projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and present appropriate web development solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines with clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the web studio's development team to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial client contact to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Требования

  • Experience in sales, project management, preferably in the web design.
  • Understanding of web development processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Near-native English speaking and writing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the Canadian and US markets is a plus.
