Обязанности

• Architect, build and maintain scalable and efficient data systems

• Develop automated data workflows and scripts for ELT and(or) ETL

• Perform complex data analysis to derive insights and support decision-making

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for various stakeholders

• Design and implement data models to support business intelligence and analytics

• Evaluate and implement tools and technologies that enhance data processing and analysis capabilities

• Lead data analytics projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and IT staff

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior data analytics engineers and data analysts

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements

• Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for data systems, processes, and analyses

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability across various data sources and platforms.

Требования

• BSc or higher degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or in a related field

• 5+ years of experience as a data analyst / data analytics engineer

• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

• Proficiency in Python and SQL (preferably PL/SQL) for data analytics

• Experience with databases/data warehouses such as Oracle, SQL Server, or Redshift

• Hands-on experience with common software development flows and tools

• Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strategic mindset with a passion for leveraging data and analytics to drive business strategy and decision-making

• Experience with dbt is a big plus

• Experience in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques is a plus

• Fluency in English is a plus
