ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Talent Acquisition Team Lead at VBET, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by overseeing the daily operations of our talent acquisition specialists. This challenging yet inspiring role requires exceptional leadership, flexibility, and a deep understanding of the gambling industry, coupled with a passion for talent development and a commitment to driving excellence in recruitment practices. Reporting directly to the Chief Organizational Development Officer, you will lead a dynamic team of international talent acquisition specialists, shaping the future of our organization by identifying, attracting, and nurturing top-tier talent across our global offices and operations.

1. Leadership and Strategic Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of international talent acquisition specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, flexibility, and continuous growth.

  • Develop and execute a strategic talent acquisition plan aligned with VBET's global expansion goals and business objectives, leveraging industry expertise and best practices.

  • Partner closely with the Chief Organizational Development Officer to apply best practices and approaches in talent acquisition across international offices, ensuring alignment with VBET's overall organizational strategy.


2. Operational Oversight and Continuous Improvement:

  • Be actively present in the daily lives of talent acquisition specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the highest level of performance and accuracy.

  • Oversee task management and ensure the timely and accurate completion of recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Continuously apply techniques and best practices that elevate the team's performance, enhance recruitment processes, and reinforce a culture of excellence and innovation.


3. Collaboration with International Operations for Aligned Recruitment Cycles:

  • Work closely with international operations to ensure recruitment cycles from A to Z are aligned and optimized, reflecting VBET's global expansion goals and organizational strategy.

  • Coordinate with international teams to understand regional talent needs, market dynamics, and cultural nuances, informing recruitment strategies and initiatives.

  • Implement collaborative approaches to enhance VBET's employer brand presence in target markets, leveraging online campaigns, industry events, and employer review platforms to attract top talent globally.


4. Data Analysis, Reporting, and Process Enhancement:

  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment outcomes.

  • Generate regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting recruitment metrics, trends, and accomplishments, and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

  • Lead efforts to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, leveraging technology, automation, and data analytics to improve efficiency, accuracy, and candidate experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record in the gambling industry preferred.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with fluency in multiple languages preferred.

  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace change, coupled with a passion for driving excellence and innovation in talent acquisition.

  • Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to align talent acquisition initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.

  • Experience working in international recruitment and a deep understanding of cultural nuances and regional talent markets are highly desirable.
