1. Phone Interview: The hiring process will begin with a 30-minute phone interview conducted by the HR specialist. The purpose of this interview is to understand your career goals and motivation for joining the company. We will also discuss organizational details and address any questions you may have.
2. Professional Interview: This will be an onsite meeting with your direct supervisor and the Partner. The goal is to assess your professional background, expertise, and approach. During this interview, you will be presented with role-specific tasks or scenarios to solve, allowing us to evaluate your problem-solving skills and professional thought process. This is also an opportunity for you to learn more about the role and team.
3. Team interview: In this stage, you will meet with potential team members. The focus will be on teamwork, collaboration, and cultural fit. This is an opportunity for both you and the team to assess how well your values align with theirs.
