We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Marketing Project Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the strategic objectives of the business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, and maintain project timelines, making sure all stakeholders are aligned.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and deadlines.
Manage the day-to-day workflow of multiple marketing projects, tracking tasks and deliverables across teams.
Coordinate timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
Manage content creation, creative development, and production timelines for digital and print campaigns.
Plan, coordinate, and manage both virtual and in-person events, coordinate event logistics, collaborate with internal teams to develop event marketing materials and content.
Work closely with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure alignment between event goals and company priorities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear and consistent communication across teams.
Monitor and report on the progress of campaigns, providing regular updates to senior management.
Resolve issues on time, ensuring that all stays on track and aligned with strategic goals.
Act as a liaison between various internal departments (creative, design, sales, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
Track and manage the allocation of marketing resources and assist with ensuring team members are assigned to the appropriate tasks.
Ensure that marketing assets (e.g., designs, content, presentations) are properly stored, updated, and easily accessible.
Coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., agencies, influencers, affiliate marketers) to support initiatives and campaigns.
Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with project goals.
3+ years of experience, preferably with a focus on retail, eCommerce or digital marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Understanding of online sales funnels, customer acquisition, and digital marketing techniques
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and facilitate collaboration among various stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO, paid media).
Ability to work independently and make decisions that drive project success.
