"Smart Agro Solutions" cjsc is a leading agricultural company specializing in the design, establishment, development and management of intensive orchards.

Job description:

To provide comprehensive and flexible business and administrative support to all functions within the company to meet the organisation’s needs. 

To prepare the company's internal legal acts and guidelines (in Russian) in accordance with international agricultural standards, to organize the company's document flow.

Обязанности
  • Assist with Global G.A.P. project: prepare the company's internal legal acts and guidelines (in Russian) in accordance with international standards,
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, collaborating with internal and external teams,
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects,
  • Manage and implement projects assigned by the CEO,
  • Undertake day to day business support services to ensure the effective running of the office,
  • Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar by scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and organizing events,
  • Provide effective communication with internal and external contacts,
  • Maintain and operate efficient and effective record keeping and filing systems ensuring they are updated and information is stored appropriately,
  • Produce documents, reports, spreadsheets and presentations and carry out analysis of information,
  • Manage confidential information with discretion, ensuring such information is safeguarded appropriately,
  • Undertake any other duties as reasonably commensurate with role.
Требования
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Armenian, Russian and English,
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently,
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment,
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,
  • Flexible and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
