We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team and uphold our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Supervising Staff:
- Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff.
- Schedule and allocate duties to the housekeeping staff.
- Monitor and ensure staff performance and productivity.

Quality Control:
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Ensure adherence to cleanliness standards and hotel policies.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to housekeeping.

Inventory Management:
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping items.
- Place orders for supplies and equipment as needed.
- Monitor usage to prevent wastage and manage costs effectively.

Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage the housekeeping department budget.
- Track expenses and ensure departmental costs remain within the budget.

Training and Development:
- Develop and implement training programs for housekeeping staff.
- Encourage continuous improvement and professional development among team members.

Coordination with Other Departments:
- Liaise with the front office, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively to ensure guest requests and special requirements are met.
Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ
- Relevant Experience:
- Several years of experience in housekeeping or a related area within the hospitality industry.
- Previous supervisory or management experience is often preferred.
- Experience with Hotel Operations:
- Knowledge of hotel operations and understanding of guest service principles.
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English.
