Job description:

Etrooperz is looking for a smart, responsible and motivated customer support specialist to help creating outstanding customer experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy with a strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce industry.

Job responsibilities

  • Communicating clearly and professionally with customers via email, chat and phone

  • Responding to customer product inquiries and providing technical support.

  • Closely following the procedures for inputting data in the RMA system

  • Monitoring negative customer reviews and working on ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction

  • Providing customized solutions and recommendations

  • Identifying issues that occur on a repeated basis and providing feedback to management

Required qualifications

  • Exceptional and flawless spoken and written English.

  • Knowledge of any other European languages is a plus

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Keen interest in providing great customer service

  • Attention to details

  • Experience working with GSuit and Microsoft office

  • Previous experience in customer care will be considered an advantage
