Etrooperz is looking for a smart, responsible and motivated customer support specialist to help creating outstanding customer experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy with a strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce industry.
Communicating clearly and professionally with customers via email, chat and phone
Responding to customer product inquiries and providing technical support.
Closely following the procedures for inputting data in the RMA system
Monitoring negative customer reviews and working on ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
Providing customized solutions and recommendations
Identifying issues that occur on a repeated basis and providing feedback to management
Exceptional and flawless spoken and written English.
Knowledge of any other European languages is a plus
Strong organizational and planning skills
Keen interest in providing great customer service
Attention to details
Experience working with GSuit and Microsoft office
Previous experience in customer care will be considered an advantage
