Job description:

We are looking for an Account Manager to join the team who will ensure clients succeed using our cutting-edge endpoint technology. As a trusted adviser, you will identify important client roadmaps, milestones, and the development of client champions. You must be a strong communicator, a great listener, and a curious and imaginative problem solver.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive revenue growth, client retention, and strategic alignment.
  • Conduct in-depth research on existing and potential clients to identify opportunities and develop targeted strategies.
  • Develop and implement client contact and reactivation strategies.
  • Communicate with clients to thoroughly understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, clearly articulating the value proposition.
  • Participate in the preparation of periodic status reports for clients to ensure transparency and keep them informed of project progress.
  • Foster a strong company culture and values in all client interactions to maintain and develop long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Business Development and Project Management teams, to ensure seamless project planning and execution.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess the capabilities of local players.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports while adhering to department objectives.
  • Be a client advocate in all internal client/project-related meetings and protect their rights if necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and service knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Fluent English language knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once.
  • Ability to work independently and manage personal time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
  • Proven ability to handle tough conversations, client rejections, or other challenging situations.
  • Solid experience in digital tools ( CRM, HubSpot, MS Office, etc).
