Job description:
- Recording POS terminals and ATMs in the systems,
- Installation of POS terminals at clients’ site
- Coordinating ATMs and POS terminals maintenance with hardware and software supplier companies, and processing center.
- Handle branch staff and clients’ requests and queries related to technique malfunction, maintenance need etc.
- Handling training sessions with branch staff and clients on operating POS terminals and ATMs.
- On-site monitoring of installed POS terminals.
- ATM status and operation control and monitoring.
- Handling issues with Processing center and other counterparts.
- Preparation of related reports.
- Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned.

Required qualifications
- University degree in Economics, Engineering, IT, or other related fields.
- Fluency in written and speaking English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, AS Bank and Smart Vista (nice to have).
Required candidate level: Mid level
