Job description:
We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a Back Office Coordinator to join our team in anticipation of the grand opening of our brand-new hotel. As a Back Office Coordinator you will track the entry and exit of goods in the warehouse, register them in the hotel program, provide reports and etc.

Job responsibilities
- Make an accurate entry of the received products into the hotel program,
- Track warehouse movement and perform warehouse inventory
- Participate in monthly, quarterly inventory work,
- Manage waste control activities generated
- Provide all required internal reporting
Required qualifications
- Higher education preferably in Accounting
- Knowledge of TrioSoft PMS is desirable
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages
- Flexibility
