Job description:

We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a Back Office Coordinator to join our team in anticipation of the grand opening of our brand-new hotel. As a Back Office Coordinator you will track the entry and exit of goods in the warehouse, register them in the hotel program, provide reports and etc.


Job responsibilities

  • Make an accurate entry of the received products into the hotel program,
  • Track warehouse movement and perform warehouse inventory
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly inventory work,
  • Manage waste control activities generated
  • Provide all required internal reporting

Required qualifications

  • Higher education preferably in Accounting
  • Knowledge of TrioSoft PMS is desirable
  • Knowledge of English and Russian languages
  • Flexibility
