Job description:

Jellyfish Yerevan is looking for an Call Centre Specialist.

Job responsibilities

Identify guests needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
Place outbound calls to guests to promote new services
Ensure daily shift call quotas and set targets are achieved
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

Required qualifications

Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian
People oriented and results driven
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Experience in a relevant field will be considered a plus

Required candidate level: Mid level

Salary: 180000 AMD - 200000 AMD Net a month
