Job description:

Digitain is looking for an experienced CRM Product Specialist to help drive growth through CRM strategy in various projects. You must be oriented strongly to soften the implementation of the CRM system, guide users in everyday activities, and offer them a great user experience while launching marketing campaigns and customer retention activities.

Job responsibilities

  • Providing vision and direction to CRM product end-users and other stakeholders throughout the project planning, implementation, pre-launch and post-launch analysis.
  • Closely collaborate and participate in defining the CRM product vision, road-map, CRM product strategy, KPIs, and growth opportunities.
  • Suggest methods for implementing diverse end user requirements using the existing functionality of the CRM tool. Leading new implementations of existing tool and monitor sanity check of CRM data.
  • Monitor planned marketing campaigns by ensuring correct communication via existing communication channels, with compliance of existing marketing materials and bonus configuration.
  • Establish regular meetings with the Product Marketing team to discuss upcoming campaigns, offers, and objectives. Ensure that campaigns and offers are aligned with the overall communication strategy of the company. Understand the key messaging and communication channels preferred by the target audience.
  • Encourage collaboration and open communication within the team. Involve key stakeholders in decision-making processes to ensure buy-in and alignment across the organization.
  • Execute AB testing campaigns with personalized and targeted communication and post campaign analysis.
  • Regularly present reports to senior stakeholders demonstrating the effectiveness of CRM activities.

Required qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years of CRM experience in the iGaming industry
  • Proven working experience in customer acquisition and retention processes in a B2C environment is a must
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using Business Intelligence solutions
  • Practical knowledge of MS Excel and SQL is a plus
  • Previous experience with CRM tools will be counted as a plus
  • A good communicator in English (knowledge of other language is an advantage)
  • Self-motivated with a strong focus on the delivery of user value
  • An effective communicator with experience in influencing and managing a large list of stakeholders, ability to train and mentor individuals
  • The one, who uses customer data to measure performance, highlights problems, and determines solutions
