Job description:

AxiomPrint is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Telephone Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have stron communication and listening skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.



Job responsibilities

  • Answering incoming customer calls promptely and professionally.
  • Assist customes with inquiries related to products, services, orders, and account information.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.

Required qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or telephone support roles is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Required candidate level: Junior

Salary: 200000 AMD - 240000 AMD Net a month

Additional information

  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers.
  • Provide information about products and services, promotions, and company policies.
  • Assist customers in navigating the company website and placing orders online.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales, technical support, and shipping, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
