Job responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of incoming customer support requests via various channels, including mail, chat, and ticketing systems
  • Identify, prioritize, and escalate customer issues related to the betting industry to relevant departments or senior team members
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure the complete resolution of inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information
  • Evaluate and analyze customer requests, handling needs, and complaints specific to the betting industry
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits, ensuring timely resolution
  • Keep meticulous records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and maintain organized documentation
  • Follow standard processes, procedures, and regulations tailored to the betting industry
  • Stay current with betting industry products, services, changes, and updates to deliver exceptional service and accurate information to customers

Required qualifications


  • Good English and Russian communication skills
  • 1.5 year+ of solid Customer Support experience in Online Betting platform
  • Knowledgeable in Online betting rules specifically in Sports book & Table Games
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in work approach
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
  • Able to work on shifting schedule
