Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Deputy Interior Designer Team Lead?

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Job responsibilities

Assist the Head of the Interior design department in all aspects of the design process, including project concept development and up to implementation.
Provide on request administrative and clerical support to the Head of the Interior design department.
Ability to work independently on different assignments within project timelines (selecting materials, ordering samples, generating floor plans, elevations, high quality 3D visualizations and other).
Collaborate closely with the team members for the completion of various assignments.
Create innovative concepts and detailed designs for various spaces, with a primary focus on commercial spaces.
Collaborate effectively with Procurement Department and suppliers to ensure the availability and quality of materials and resources.
Collaborate effectively with the construction team to ensure the correspondence of design implementation.
Maintain control over the project realization process, ensuring that all stages are completed to the highest standards and within the designated timelines.
Support in executing the full design process, from initial sketch through to production.

Required qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in interior design, with a proven record of managing complex projects.
Proficiency with design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D’s Max (VRay/Corona) programs is a must.
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant design software will be considered as a plus.
Ability to create high quality 3D visualizations and good knowledge of design features.
Strong communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with the team.
Excellent portfolio displaying previous range of design projects.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Detailed and goal oriented person with ability to work in fast paced environment.
