Job description:
This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Marketing Department for SoftConstructs Creedroomz department located in Yerevan. As the Head of Marketing, the role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks of the marketing department, which include market planning, marketing management, market research, sales, and public relations.

Job responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and operations to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including website content, advertising materials, and sales collateral.
- Manage digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate innovative ideas into our marketing strategies.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in leadership positions.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive business results.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed, data-driven decisions..
