Job description:
Judicial acts enforcement assurance lawyer organizes and ensures the operation of Judicial acts enforcement assurance section.

Job responsibilities
1. Organization of works related with submission of enforcement order to the RA MJ JACES:
- verification of enforcement order;
- verification of availability of debt;
- drafting notes addressed to JACES;
- drafting documents subject to be submitted to JACES;
- addressing corresponding questions to the Department of Finances and Accounting, Information Systems Department and provision of requested data.
2. Maintaining cooperation with JACES staff:
- examination of materials of enforcement proceedings, if necessary drafting notes and submission to JACES;
- provision of information requested by JACES representatives.
3. Reporting:
- entry of corresponding data into electronic database,
- submission of monthly reports to the line manager,
- control over document flow ,
- organization of works related with document flow and control over their implementation.
Required qualifications
- Higher legal education;
- 1-2 years of professional work experience;
- Good knowledge of respective legal sphere;
- General knowledge of legal acts adopted by Regulatory body;
- Knowledge of private international law is preferred;
- General knowledge on corporate legal issues;
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Excellent team working skills;
- Persuasion skills;
- Good language skills: Armenian, English, Russian;
- Computer skills (MS Office);
- Ethical behavior;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Adaptability/flexibility;
- Negotiation skills;
- Problem solving skills.
