We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lawyer to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success in navigating the complex legal landscapes of our projects.

The Senior Lawyer will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation in matters related to territorial development, land use and environmental compliance. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in these areas and exhibit exceptional analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Job responsibilities

• Assessment of legal risks of business processes
• Delivery of declaration of a beneficial owner
• Registration of legal entities
• Strong time management skills
• Provide high-quality legal advice and representation in matters related to territorial development, land acquisition and environmental compliance.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of contracts, internal legal acts, charters, letters, requests, applications and other required documents
• Lead and manage legal cases, including those involving land use disputes, regulatory compliance, and environmental law.
• Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to protect and advance the interests of Green Rock and its projects.
• Work closely with the staff to prepare comprehensive briefs on everyday cases
• Represent Green Rock in client meetings and negotiations.
• Manage relationships with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.

Required qualifications

• University degree in Law or relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in land use law, real estate, environmental law, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, civil and other spheres of law.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex legal cases and development projects.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages

  
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
  

• Specialized knowledge in territorial development, large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience in a corporate or large firm environment, particularly in the development sector.
• Strong network within the legal and development communities.
