Job description:
The key account manager will be responsible for handling client accounts in the company. These accounts include theaters, concert halls, clubs and independent event organizers, and the key account masalnager must build and maintain a strong relationship with the clients.
He/she will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure needs of the client are met, and help the client succeed. The key account manager will also bring in new business from existing partners or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients.

Job responsibilities
- Develop a solid and trusting relationship between key partners and company
- Resolve key client issues and complaints
- Develop a complete understanding of key account needs
- Manage communications between key clients and internal teams
- Negotiate contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
- Work with sales, advertising, logistics, marketing, and team members from other departments, dedicated to the same client account, to ensure that the highest quality of services are provided and all clients’ needs are met
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives, share with team members, stakeholders, and use in future case studies or company trainings
- Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Analyze client data to provide customer relationship management
- Expand relationships and bring in new partners
Required qualifications
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
- Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
- Four to five years’ previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
- Basic computer skills. Experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel skills, is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow-through on client contracts
- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
