Job responsibilities

What you will do:

The jobholder will act in the capacity Management Information (MI) and Planning and Group Reporting Manager in Finance Department

The jobholder is responsible for coordination of Management Reporting and Analysis function, preparation of Management reports and analytical papers, including reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, Risk Management Meetings, Asset and Liability Committee and HSBC Group, Coordination of the Bank’s Strategic Planning process, submission of Annual Operating Plans to HSBC Group and the Central Bank of Armenia

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Coordination of Management Reporting and Analysis function
  • Preparation of Management reports and analytical papers
  • Preparation of papers for Asset and Liability Committee
  • Preparation of papers for the Board of Directors
  • Preparation of papers for the Executive Committee
  • Preparation of reports for Risk Management Meetings
  • Coordination of Annual Operating Plan as per Group requirements
  • Strategic Planning as per Central Bank requirements
  • Review of revenue sharing and cost allocation proportions
  • Management and implementation of new Finance projects
  • Cover for Management Information MI reporting submitted to HSBC Group
  • Cover for responsibilities in Asset, Liability and Capital Management (ALCM) area, including capital and liquidity assessments, development of capital and funding plans, Stress testing, Recovery planning, Funds Transfer Pricing and Interest Rate Risk behaviors
  • Cover for Group Regulatory reporting
  • Monitoring, control over and implementation of relevant regulatory requirements in MI and Planning and Group Reporting area
  • Providing assistance and cover for responsibilities of Head of MI and Planning, ALCM, Product Control and Group Reporting
  • Sundry duties as required

Required qualifications

You should apply if you have:

  • Higher education in Finance
  • At least 3 years of professional experience
  • Qualification of ACCA/CFA will be a plus
  • Good knowledge of financial and banking legislation
  • Knowledge of Armenian and English (Verbal/Written),
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • ArmSoft knowledge will be a plus
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Consistently deliver a personalized, friendly and efficient attitude towards work

New Year's dreams come true. Every year hundreds of children from Armenian different regions believe in New Year's miracles receiving gifts from Santa Claus thanks to "HSBC Bank Armenia" CJSC (hereinafter HSBC Armenia / Bank).

Since 2007, as part of the HSBC Youth Opportunities Programme, HSBC employees around the world have been purchasing toys for children from disadvantaged backgrounds and delivering them to the offices of local partner charity organisations.
