Job description:
Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies that align with the overall business goals of Inecobank.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Business Leads, and Analytics teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, key messages, and KPIs.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
Campaign Development
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage comprehensive campaign plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with Product Marketing and Business Leads to ensure alignment and approval of campaign plans.
Content Creation
- Oversee the development of high-quality content, including copywriting, graphic design, video production, and multimedia elements.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and ensure the timely delivery of creative services.
- Review and approve content to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Campaign Execution
- Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and in-branch promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments based on analytics and feedback.
- Ensure seamless collaboration with external agencies for media placements and technical execution.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Track key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Maintain regular communication with the Head of Marketing and other stakeholders to provide updates on campaign progress and performance.

Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Business skills and personal qualities:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and analytics.
- Strong PM skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required candidate level: C level
