Job description:
EngineerX is an engineering services firm and Solidworks reseller, providing mechanical engineering services to clients worldwide, along with reselling, training, and implementing Solidworks products in Armenia as their exclusive reseller.
EngineerX is seeking a mechanical engineering manager to join our growing team of experts in the engineering services business. The engineering manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the engineering services business. They will work closely with our clients to ensure contract accuracy and timely delivery. They will manage and grow our existing engineering staff and continually improve our processes. They will work with the company executives on strategy, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
All candidates must be able to communicate at an intermediate level of English.

Job responsibilities
- Oversee and manage current engineering business and client contracts, assign engineers to projects, and ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Work with the Sales team on the estimation of projects and accurate proposals.
- Maintain existing tools and systems for the entire engineering staff.
- Help build and maintain our offerings and expertise.
- Work closely with engineering staff on implementing and maintaining necessary standards.
- Manage department budget, hire new engineers, and oversee the management of our internship program.
- Work with EngineerX sales staff on Solidworks demonstrations and activities.
- Help coordinate and delegate demonstrations of Solidworks to potential clients by our engineering staff.
- Help support Solidworks reseller business within Armenia.
- Continue further education and certification of Solidworks products by the engineering staff through training programs.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or higher
- A comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office products
- Working knowledge of Solidworks
Required candidate level: Senior
