Job description:

Freedom Broker Armenia is a part of the Freedom Holding Corp., registered in the USA, state of Nevada, specializing in providing investment services in the global stock markets.

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. Candidate should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees, and handling outgoing mail. The ideal candiate should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.

Job responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize office activities
  • Oversee stock of office supplies
  • Greet visitors at office
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
  • Support in scheduling meetings and interviews

Required qualifications

  • Experience with administrative and clerical work
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook
  • Fluent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English (intermediate)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor
  • Well-organized

Required candidate level: Mid level
