Job description:

The Sports Product Line Manager is responsible for the development of Sports, Esports, and Virtual sports products, increasing the shares of key product indicators in the overall indicators, contributing to the promotion of product sales both through the use of cross-selling tools and measures, and in terms of product saturation.


Job responsibilities

  • Participate in all phases of product development, from strategy planning to launch projects and final tactical execution
  • Participate in the development of product KPIs, and propose ways to achieve them
  • Participate in the development of product-specific marketing tools initiated by the responsible departments
  • Sportsbook development trend research, news tracking
  • Monitoring of products and logistics of well-known foreign operators
  • Following up on providers developments and new solutions and proposals, /product road map/
  • Stay informed about the latest product offerings in the market and proactively seek new suppliers of defined products
  • Initiate new valuable providers' integration proposals and monitor integration progress and quality
  • Adopt providers' best practices, and their successful operators and bring that expertise also technically with the responsible teams
  • Monitoring the products and conditions of primary and secondary competitors
  • Compare the same games of competitors, their capabilities and features with ours, highlight the differences
  • To perform a study of the games of major international operators, compare with the same games that we offer: find out ordering, features, missing games
  • Tracking customer feedback
  • Reviewing the reports prepared by the market research department and taking into account the conclusions, initiating the implementation of new surveys
  • Constant monitoring and comparison of game limits
  • Creating a matrix of product strengths and weaknesses, creating an action plan based on the latter, formulating clear actions, and spreading information and awareness through marketing about the strengths
  • Participation in the launch of new promotions by Marketing and CRM and communications with all relevant departments /Customer Support, QTC, Risk, Fraud, CRM, Legal, Billing as needed/
  • Receiving regular reports from the analytics team, initiating new types of reports, creating a portfolio of performance evaluation reports
  • Analysis of digital indicators of products
  • Make pitches to marketing to introduce the product through digital channels
  • Correct classification and arrangement of games, leagues, and events presented on the website, implementation and tracking of ongoing adjustments and rearrangements due to events, performance, and seasonality /on all platforms/
  • Discussion and opening of technical tasks to improve products and website functionalities and to make new proposals /UX/
  • In terms of new games, features, and solutions added to the products, review all new items, rules and forward them to the legal team with relevant comments and necessary clarifications and organize the approval process of the latter in the regulatory body and the addition to the reglament
  • Constant monitoring of products and technical and digital indicators
  • Task opening and follow up /Connection of new games, incidents, limit changes/
  • Constant cooperation with Risk departments to understand the risks of products
  • Constant collaboration with the Customer Service and Incident Management departments to understand ongoing issues, including those submitted by players, and track the progress of relevant open requests
  • Organizing regular meetings with operations teams to discuss new proposals and update current processes

Required qualifications

  • Experience as a Product Manager or similar role is very preferable
  • BSc/BA in Management, Economics, or related field
  • Experience in product lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of English is a must
  • Background in software development and program management is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
