Job responsibilities
- Operational product management, managing the development of a large volume of tasks within the sprint
- Formation and coordination of the work of development teams, designers, and other participants in the development process
- Market analysis, benchmarking
- Development and validation of hypotheses of user behavior
- Product backlog management
- Prioritization, detailing to user stories
- Defining MVP, business process diagrams, architectures, formulation of business requirements
- Identification and minimization of product risks
- Selection of sales channels
- Analysis of product metrics and proposing hypotheses for their improvement
- Implementation of innovations to improve the user experience
- Presentation of project status to management
Required qualifications
- Experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar managerial position for at least 3 years.
- Involvement in the following stages of product development: conducting research, shaping product vision, requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and product release.
- Technical knowledge in software development, multi-platform compatibility, and APIs
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Understanding of product analytics, experience with Big Data, general understanding of data warehousing, and familiarity with methodologies for assessing effectiveness.
- Experience in creating products from inception to successful market launch
- Knowledge of the English language at the C1-C2 level
