Job responsibilities
- Engage in all aspects of the recruitment process: sourcing specialists, conducting interviews, and coordinating subsequent stages
- Utilize contact databases and analyze resumes
- Utilize various channels to attract talent
- Conduct initial candidate interviews
- Monitor and analyze the labor market
- Facilitate the onboarding of new hires
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting for technical/non-technical vacancies
- Experience in the IT industry
- Experience with sourcing
- Fluency with recruiting channels and tools
- Willingness to multitask and process large amounts of information
- Skills in data collection and analytics.
- Understanding HR ethics
- Sociable, stress-resistant
- Good spoken English
Nice to have
- Experience with sourcing tools
- Social activity in tech communities
