Job responsibilities
- Create and maintain a monthly customer marketing plan.
- Setup and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders based on brand and product specific roadmaps.
- Pulling and organizing segmentation lists to prepare for execution of communication content.
- Set up CRM and gamification campaigns on internally used tools.
- Compile and raise creative design and content briefs to the designers and content writers.
- Setting up and reporting on A/B tests on a regular basis.
- Continuously evaluate and report on send-outs in collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Suggest new ways to create more effective campaigns and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure timely delivery and flawless quality on all tasks handled.
- Analyze and work on the continuous improvement of working processes
- Prepare reports as necessary.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role in a marketing environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of English is a must.
- Knowledge of Turkish will be considering a plus.
- Experience in igaming will be considered a big plus.
