Job responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of designers on various projects, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee all aspects of the design process, from brainstorming and concept development to execution and final production.
• Create compelling visual content across a wide range of media, including video, photo, animation, illustration, web design banners, mockups, and product design.
• Maintain a deep understanding of design principles, user experience (UX) best practices, and current design trends.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing, to translate business goals into impactful design solutions.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design tools and technologies.

Required qualifications

• A passionate and experienced Senior Designer with 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a design team, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
