Job responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop compelling designs related to marketing materials, including social media graphics, web banners, product illustrations, and advertisements.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and align designs with overall branding, and messaging.
- Create dynamic motion graphics and animations to engage audiences across multiple channels (web/mobile platform, social media).
- Ensure consistent brand identity and adherence to design guidelines across all deliverables. If brand guidelines are unclear or need refinement, you should take the initiative to define and document them.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, and best practices, continuously exploring new creative solutions.
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional graphic design role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative problem-solving, and excellent design skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts.
Required candidate level: Senior
Additional information
Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English and Farsi
