Job description:
We are looking for a Senior Network Administrator with demonstrated experience in design, development, implementation, and maintenance of large scale data networks. Working in a collaborative team, you will support network infrastructure and appliances as well as cloud services across Armenia. The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in technology, coupled with the ability to supervise the technical team.

Job responsibilities
- Design, install, monitor and manage network infrastructure, including modems, switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology projects and initiatives
- Act as a technical mentor, providing direction on best practice for all team activities
- Take ownership of IT governance activities, defining and enforcing IT policies, standards, and procedures
- Assist the team in the planning of work, prepare and communicate team support schedules
- Ensure prompt and efficient support for problems and requests, troubleshoot network issues and perform root cause analysis
- Document networking hardware components and topology for current and new sites using agreed architectures, design standards, and methodology
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, information systems, or computer science (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of senior network administration experience
- Experience in supervising teams and providing guidance on best practice
- Thorough knowledge of LAN/WAN networking including modems, switches, routers, SD-WAN’s, VLAN’s, DMZ’s, VPNs, QoS, firewall ACLs, DNS, DHCP and cabling technologies
- Good technical documentation skills including network architecture diagrams.
- Experience with Cisco Catalyst and Meraki, HP Aruba, D-Link and Mikrotik hardware
- Familiarity with laws and regulations relating to information security and compliance
- Ability to work on a seven day team schedule on alternating weekdays and weekends
- Open to travel to remote TUMO centers, hubs and boxes across Armenia
- Proficient knowledge of technical English

TUMO has centers in Yerevan, Dilijan, Gyumri and Stepanakert and work is underway to open centers in Koghb and Masis. TUMO Boxes are already in operation in the towns of Berd, Gavar, Sevan, Vayk, Kapan and Martakert. Many more TUMO Boxes will open soon in various towns throughout Armenia and Artsakh. Outside of Armenia, there are centers in Paris, Beirut, Moscow, Tirana, Berlin and Lyon. Centers will soon open in several other cities around the world.
