Job description:
Inecobank is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Network Administrator to design, implement, manage, and maintain our network infrastructure. This role covers branch, campus, and datacenter environments, emphasizing network security and reliability.

Job responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage secure LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi infrastructures across various environments
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability and uptime
- Implement and maintain advanced security measures, including Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), and other security devices
- Optimize and manage datacenter networks, including VXLAN configuration
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, procedures, and changes. Ensure all diagrams and records are current
- Protect the network from internal and external threats using proactive and responsive strategies
- Work with IT and security teams to develop and implement network strategies and projects
- Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and servers to ensure optimal performance and security
- Develop and implement network backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability
- Provide technical support and training to staff as needed
- Ensure network operations comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Stay updated on the latest networking technologies and industry trends
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years in network administration and security - Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and best practices
- Proficiency with WAF, NGFW, and other security devices
- Experience with datacenter network design and management, including VXLAN
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Security+) are preferred
